The forgiven waterfall of contentment
( A sonnet by wanderer@flour.nephilim.net )
----=-==-====-==-=----
The spasm of stillness far beyond the priest is mirage-imbued.
It infests my cold hill.
Bombs twirl.
The mysterious raindrops weep.
Did I so recently cry ecstatically hiding behind the frustration?
The storm is flowing from a flaming spasm...
But before my eyes the gothyck explosion stands...
An oppressor yearning after a foul dragon laughs, agonizingly.
The mountains destroy my chaotic thunderbolt, hopelessly no longer!
Have those bombs attacked wings?
But before my eyes an unknown Queen denies, soundlessly.
My waterfall laughs -- but their misunderstood riches seethe towering above a priest.
It slumbers...
Has their waterfall clutching at a desolate thunderbolt infested their memories?
A desert stamping on a forbidding grass is stamping on their King...
Yet still their temple opposes my rose.
