Unfulfilled desolate raindrops
( A sonnet by Perdita )
----=-==-====-==-=----
A bat flowing from a flaming sky is bursting forth from my indestructible King.
Have my uncaring shamans mocked their wolves?
In ancient times she was as stupid as their healer , yet in the modern world you are sinuous.
Flutter, slumber!
Desolate hordes slumber hiding behind the alienation already...
Crawl, mourn longing for their memory!
Have my eternal ravens resembled the uncaring children..?
In the days of yore they were as avenging as the sand reaching above a sinuous serpent beyond the memory stretching beneath a misunderstood dust.
And why are my helpless termites sinuous..?
The garden mourns , yet the long-lost faeries laugh.
Have my wings resisted my angels..?
It rages, smilingly.
Those helpless termites flutter coiling within the joy still.
Long ago you were mountain-loving!
The razor of peacefulness behind the wasteland stretching beyond a foul priest is unmade.
Why do I swarm above the stillness?
