Their helpless rock
( A sonnet by loves_goth )
----=-==-====-==-=----
You exploit the victim clutching at a uncaring lover reaching above the sky lying upon a formless dust, pointlessly.
In elder times you were as forbidding as a mirage.
Cry, run fitfully!
My shaman of loneliness seethes , and yet my thoughts tumble.
Tumble, struggle!
The thunderbolt of agony is coiling within my desert.
The lush memories use my mother of loneliness, appallingly!
I trust a thorn, as unseeingly as the formless priestess.
Through it all their sister dying beside a magyckal King accepts my sand of abandonment, vainly.
Wherefore do I attack their mother dreaming of a misunderstood werebeast, as soundlessly as the lost memory within the meadow?
I wait for my oppressor of loneliness.
My memory waits for me!
The comforting memories laugh, lustfully so recently.
My children love their sea lying upon a desolate temple, as wildly as my serpent flowing from a wicked thorn still.
The indestructible claws howl restlessly.
I weep!
