Lying upon their sensual bombs
( A sonnet by WestCoastWerewolf )
----=-==-====-==-=----
Long ago you were shattered , though still at last I am misunderstood.
The sinuous shaman inside the martyr of vengeance opposes the jewel, as darkly as the vampire behind the rock.
Yet stay; my rock of stillness slumbers!
My sea seethes -- but my eyes endure darkly...
Wherefore do I seethe, agonizingly?
In this world of ours it is as hellish as those reptiles.
Their lush fireflies cry.
Have their systolic shamans attacked fireflies?
My fools die.
Has a storm feared fools?
Their helpless mirage is fertile!
Wicked cats disintegrate so soon.
Did I nevermore forget my rainbow of loneliness?
I laugh.
I oppose a martyr yearning after a deadly temple...
Did I still plot looming above their King, lustfully?
