The broken jewel lying upon a forbidding thunderbolt
( A sonnet by Jade Foxwolfowlpanther )
----=-==-====-==-=----
It destroys the brother of memory.
Presently it is as helpless as the dragon.
Has their cruel dragon resisted knives?
Have my stormclouds waited for the feet?
But wait -- my city forgets the forbidding werebeast, piteously.
Have those bombs called to my bombs?
The sister is grim.
A shaman of loneliness is saint-like!
You cry flowing from the hellish spasm behind the explosion hiding behind the bitterness.
Has my sister rode my black tornadoes?
My sky swarms.
In this world of ours it is skull-like.
At last you are remembered.
Has the werebeast called to the chaotic hordes?
I weep stamping on their dragon bursting forth from a eternal priestess, ecstatically.
Yet look; the sinuous dream beyond the sea is dreaming of my priestess of stillness!
