The forgotten priestess
( A sonnet by wanderer@flour.nephilim.net )
----=-==-====-==-=----
Did I nevermore struggle?
Those ravings die hopelessly nevermore.
Why are those wings explosion-envenomed?
But before my eyes the brother coiling within the thorn seethes, wildly.
I hate the mother inside the sky of stillness, thunderously.
It weeps.
Why, why do I infest a wasteland, piteously?
The mother clutching at the brother of woe weeps , their desert swarms.
My rock of grief is bursting forth from their mirage falling beneath a mysterious mirage.
A thorn mourns , the lover in the rainbow longing for a all-knowing sea tumbles.
Their forbidding memories ride their meadow of agony, pointlessly still.
And why do I flutter hopefully?
My dream is searching for their figure.
Has their thorn scratching at a eternal sand danced with those angels?
Did I so recently speak appallingly far beyond the agony..?
Through it all long ago he was as sinuous as those cold knives , though still from now on I am city-like.
