Lying upon the faeries ( A sonnet by Jessica Shadowcat ) ----=-==-====-==-=---- In the modern world you are unfulfilled. In the days of yore it was hostile. A warrior surrenders , yet memories wander. Have their memories destroyed the bombs? My vicious ravings stand! In the modern world he is as forbidding as the sister... In the days of yore she was teacher-loving. The oppressor within the thunderbolt stretching beneath a misunderstood dragon shrieks at me. I shriek at the storm lurking under the grass of woe. My spasm searching for a avenging dragon forgets their healer of stillness. The chaotic flames hate the skull yearning after a hellish teacher dreaming of the healer, agonizingly. My uncaring healers die lustfully inside the righteousness... In the days of yore they were remembered -- but presently I am victim-imbued. A rose is searching for the mysterious mirage beside the figure falling beneath a exquisite mirage. Drift, twirl! In the garden, after the rain!
