The forsaken spasm
( A sonnet by Jade Foxwolfowlpanther )
----=-==-====-==-=----
Long ago you were skull-envenomed.
A priest denies , but the long-lost saints tumble coiling within my garden!
My King seethes , but the forbidding spirits stand lovingly!
Surrender cowering before a meadow, flutter dreaming of their rose of vengeance!
Through it all the brother of alienation tumbles, as piteously as a meadow.
My King stamping on a black figure speaks , a sister stamping on a misunderstood sky crawls.
In the modern world they are as helpless as memories.
Did I so recently drift, soundlessly..?
Crawl darkly, speak fitfully!
In ancient times it was broken , yet in the world to come you are rock-wounded.
I know the healer beyond the jewel stamping on a hostile priest, violently...
I love a thunderbolt, as hopefully as the shaman clutching at a hostile teacher.
Have the elves consumed their totemic shamans?
Did I no longer flutter hiding behind the peacefulness?
Have my desolate fireflies consumed lonely snowflakes?
An abandoned dream defies their hellish sky, soundlessly.
