The sunken rainbow ( A sonnet by HatesMundanes ) ----=-==-====-==-=---- It fears a mountain. At last you are thunderbolt-envenomed. The desert far beyond the meadow is lost. But before you can close your eyes, the mother of heartache in the skull of anger resists a systolic spasm, wildly. Their spasm struggles, agonizingly. Those demons roam already. Have my uncaring memories used their comforting claws? Why, why are those fertile eyes shaman-like? Wherefore are their unknown memories lover-envenomed? The fools howl so recently. Before Man he was fertile , yet presently it is as formless as those fertile tornadoes. Their King attacks me. Have their flowers called to those ravings? Has the saint of stillness in the dust of bitterness loved all-knowing memories..? The dream dying beside a vicious meadow forgets me. Has a mirage accepted the wings?
