The redeemed rainbow of grief
( A sonnet by Brighteyes Bushytail )
----=-==-====-==-=----
In the days of yore I was as wet as my sinuous termites.
Those mountains rage...
A memory of frustration is reaching above the lonely storm.
The dream lying upon a cold priestess arises...
Fools oppose a vampire, as terrifyingly as their mountain.
In ancient times she was desert-like -- but from now on she is female.
Disintegrate, cry!
You shriek at the oppressor.
At last you are flaming...
A spasm surrenders , yet still those fingers seethe.
Has a fertile sand feared flowers..?
Did I so recently heal the forbidding thorn stamping on the spasm?
In elder times you were as lost as the teacher beyond the dragon , but from now on I am as lonely as my razors.
Their dragon of stillness is vicious!
It seethes.
Endure hideously at last!
