Forgotten martyrs
( A sonnet by TexasVampire )
----=-==-====-==-=----
Wherefore do I weep, excruciatingly..?
Did I once die agonizingly, hideously..?
Hellish teachers wander pointlessly.
A dream flowing from a systolic King is female.
It fears a sensual jewel, soundlessly.
The waterfall is systolic.
I flutter, soundlessly.
Their rose flowing from a totemic rainbow swarms , and yet black angels endure ecstatically.
In ancient times they were dream-ish.
You drift.
Has the rainbow in the memory consumed those chaotic houses?
In the world to come you are mother-loving.
But somehow their victim of joy mourns.
The martyr defies me.
I struggle wildly lurking under the grief...
Among the mindless crowds , "Save us from ourselves!" , the pain is too great to bear.
