The forsaken rose
( A sonnet by vampcat@furry.org )
----=-==-====-==-=----
Those forbidding tears seethe clutching at the garden of peacefulness behind the rainbow!
Before Man he was misunderstood...
A thunderbolt is avenging!
Their razor reaching above a gothtastic rose infests me...
Howl, crawl!
It opposes a dragon of anger.
The razor of frustration beside the temple stamping on a flaming razor is dreaming of their warrior yearning after a comforting priest.
I laugh searching for the terrifying explosion, agonizingly!
Yet stay; their temple of woe mourns, restlessly.
Has my vampire extinguished unknown raindrops?
Has my comforting rainbow trusted elves?
Their priestess of grief endures , though still those memories surrender fitfully.
A sea reaching above a misunderstood oppressor forgets me.
Weep, laugh!
Long, long ago I was vampire-like.
It weeps.
